Clara Livingston is a theater director, producer, and administrator based in Brooklyn, NY and originally from Columbus, OH. They develop new plays by/with/about/for women and queer people which combine high theatricality with moments of intimacy and tenderness. They make work which looks critically & joyfully at our relationship to gender and identity. She has been part of work at The Tank, The Brick, HERE Arts Center, PROTOTYPE Festival, Brooklyn Art Haus, Theatre Row, Loading Dock, among others. She studied theater & performance at Emerson College. They are currently the Office Manager at The Tank NYC in midtown Manhattan.
